To showcase how interior design can harness the power of colour, Plascon has teamed up with bespoke furniture and homeware store Anatomy Design to introduce designer-curated colour sets, inspired by the Plascon 2025 colour forecast.

A revolving colour palette that is specific to Anatomy Design’s Cape Town and Johannesburg showrooms will be showcased throughout 2025. Says Anatomy Design co-founder Andrea Kleinloog, ‘We’re thrilled to partner with a brand that shares our passion for creativity, enabling us to explore new possibilities while creating rich contexts for our products – just as our displays bring depth and meaning to their colours.’Kicking off the collaboration are two dynamic paint colours inspired by nature: Plascon Ochre Rust (Y2-D1-2), a rich shade of camel with a matte finish, and Plascon Light Sage (84), a soft, earthy green that features in Plascon’s 2025 Colour Forecast. These colours beautifully complement Anatomy Design’s newly expanded Janis range. Now featuring seating and lighting, this modern take on Cape Dutch furniture showcases oak turnings stained in deep ebony accented by refined brass details, offering a stunning contrast to the selection of Plascon tones on display.

‘It’s amazing to see how changing the wall colour can totally transform each display and cast a spotlight on different aspects of Anatomy Design’s incredible craftsmanship,’ says Kristel Dreyer, Kansai Plascon’s Brand Marketing Manager. ‘Experiencing the full impact of Plascon colour in action in the showrooms will be a standout feature of our 2025 calendar.’The wall colours in the Anatomy Design showrooms in Kramerville and De Waterkant will change regularly and will feature a colour selection chosen from Plascon’s 2025 colour forecast by the Anatomy Design team, which includes Kleinloog and co-founder Megan Hesse - the pair are also the dynamic duo behind renowned local interior design firm HesseKleinloog. The Anatomy Design showrooms will refresh their lighting and furniture installations to complement the changing colours. In addition, curated contemporary art from Source Artistry will be thoughtfully selected to work with the schemes.

Both showrooms are open to the public, offering decor and design enthusiasts an inspiring journey through premium design and eye-catching colour.
